Pedro Spindler-Ruiz researches economic trends within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on aerospace and defense. Before coming to USC, Pedro was a research analyst at the San Diego Association of Governments, where he worked on a broad set of projects ranging from public safety to transportation planning. Mr. Spindler-Ruiz graduated from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy with dual master’s degrees in Public Policy and Planning.
