CED Led AMP SoCal to Participate in 2016 California Aerospace Days

The Advanced Manufacturing Partnership of Southern California (AMP SoCal) led by the Price School – USC Center for Economic Development will be participating in the 5th Annual California Aerospace Days.

The two day event, held February 29 – March 1, serves to educate the state’s legislators about the regional and economic importance of the aerospace industry within California. Panel discussions, press conferences, presentations and exhibitors will communicate the benefits and challenges facing the industry in the present budgetary and political climate.

AMP SoCal will be exhibiting on the West Lawn on Tuesday, March 1 from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. The AMP SoCal booth will also be where the comprehensive Southern California Aerospace Economic Study, created by AMP SoCal partners, Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation and San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation, will be available for discussion and dissemination following the 11:30 a.m. press conference on the study held on the West Steps.
