The U.S. Department of Education Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE) is pleased to host the first in a series of peer-to-peer conversations, titled “Strengthening Partnerships for the Manufacturing Workforce,” beginning Feb. 26.  The online presentations will feature representatives from different manufacturing communities from around the country, including our own Dion Jackson from AMP SoCal and the Price School – USC Center from Economic Development, on March 19.

On Monday, February 26 we will discuss, “Vertical Integration in Your Manufacturing Partnership.” Panelists will tackle topics like working with the K-12 system, incorporating CTE resources into workforce development, and building networked approaches for education and training. Please join us for this dynamic exchange! See details below for registration information.
