Manufacturing Week Mira Costa College Community Education & Workforce Development Event

San Diego is organizing activities throughout the county, from October 3rd-7th. MiraCosta's Technology Career Institute will be open all week for school tours. Interested parties should contact Kristin at [email protected]. School groups will receive a tour, short presentation, possible guest speakers from the industry, and give-a-ways. By special request, we will be providing demonstrations of robotics, additive (3D printing) and subtractive (machining) manufacturing.

On Thursday, October 6th, we will be opening our doors for an evening of food, beer/wine, and opportunity drawings. In addition, we will have an industry resource fair (education options, insurance, industry organizations, vendors, etc.), and of course be providing tours of our training facility. This event is free, though there will be a cost to purchase tickets for the opportunity drawings. Space is limited, so don't wait to sign up!
